Villa K
The master villa in Tunis, Mutuelle ville, a Mediterranean city renowned for its charm and history, is a captivating example of modern design with traditional touches. Our design of the entrance porch, the garden, and the interior architecture is an elegant combination of these elements.
The double-height dining room is a spectacular space that creates an impression of space and grandeur. The floor is covered with Emperador marble, featuring a smooth and glossy finish, adding a touch of luxury. The fireplace is dressed in Emperador marble with a matte finish, creating an elegant contrast.
At the center of the dining room is a large Aziza marble table, surrounded by modern and comfortable chairs. Above the table, a composition of traditional Fanoos fixtures casts a soft ambient light, bringing warmth and authenticity to the space.
Adjacent to the dining room, a library with dark wood shelves and metal supports creates an interesting visual contrast, merging the warmth of wood with the modernity of metal.
The water room is an intimate space that skillfully combines wood and white marble. The walls are covered with wooden panels, creating a warm atmosphere. A custom-designed mirror, conceived by Zouhair Ben Jannet, adds a touch of originality and unique design to the water room.
