A contemporary-style villa with a classical touch.

For the sanitary spaces, we used grès with a concrete effect on the walls, along with custom ceramic tiles designed by Zouhair Ben Jannet. These ceramic tiles feature calligraphy motifs in two textures, a matte bas-relief, and a glossy smooth finish, which appears to add an artistic touch to the space.

Furthermore, a wooden frame for the washbasin and « Lella » wall sconces from the « Fanoos » collection contribute to the warmth of the ambiance. The combination of these elements gives our design a unique character by playing with the contrast between modern and traditional elements and incorporating personalized design features.
